When I was younger, my mother had a friend from Spain who was very colorful and had this wonderful Spanish accent.

Ding, ding, ding! I dunno who here needs to absorb this, but it looks like some of you do. Women in the workplace have had to deal with this for too long whether the "offer" is real or not ( "Oh, come on, I was just joking"). Either are gross.
