I know he provides a lot when he's out there, but we can't turn to someone else when he's injured.

Losing McCoy was huge, but still.

At his age, it's going to be important to keep him healthy.

He is just so dynamic with speed to power topped of with a relentless determination to gain yardage. The opposing defense doesn’t have to guess and account for that when he isn’t in there. They can focus on primary roles rather than cover Taysom. It really is a big part of what we do to get specific looks.

No one said it's built around Hill, but he definitely makes the offense better.

Losing both Hill and McCoy proved to be too much. McCoy is the glue of that OL. They had to move guys around and it's really difficult against a team with a stout DL like Philly has.

They really need both healthy to perform like the first 2 weeks.

Depending on Hill to be healthy at his age is dangerous in my opinion.

No, the offense is built around staying healthy period. There is no depth anywhere on offense. We barely have a complete starting O Line. We have a QB1 (doesn't matter who is QB2), a RB1 (No RB2), WR2/WR3 (No WR1), TE2/3 (No TE1). It is VERY thin on the offensive side of the ball.

Seriously dude? You think this was because we were missing Taysom hill?

We missed him, yeah. He’s a good blocker on the outside.

The real problem and it was immediately apparent, we could not afford to lose McCoy. Anyone else, we survive. McCoy going down was our offense. Patrick was not ready to fill in.

Not really pointing a person out who said it. But people's tone suggests that we really need his skillset to be what we were the first two weeks.

Seriously?
Yes

It's all over the board today

The Eagles lost thier best O line player. Played with basically no one at WR half the game. Yet they still put up 15 points on the backend of the game, in less than two quarters with just Dallas and Barkley.

The D got punched and they caved, like always. This D will never be elite, just good.

What’s on the board is just parroting and not my concern. I watched the game, I saw what we looked like before he went out and what we looked like immediately thereafter. It was a disaster on the OL. You’ll see a dozen YouTube videos on it this week

Yep, he's essentially the QB of that OL.

This all day. People here whining how McCoy went out and the oline was done. Injuries happen, if someone couldn’t step in and do a competent job, then coaching and leadership failed.

Ding Ding. As i said in another thread. He cant be a cake player. He is best as icing. Or if you look at it another way. Awesome beef roast base, gravy. But shouldnt be the roast.
