And speaking of Bub, he had a good game for a rookie WR playing with a first game rookie QB. He can become an effective move-the-chains guy with more game experience.

I get it. You like Carr. It’s not that I don’t but it is time for something else. I’m not in the locker room, but I would put my money on that players feel the same way. I know what Carr’s ceiling is. Don’t you want to see what Rattler’s can be?

And he was the best player on the field in black and gold today. Carr would have been no better today with that little time to throw and no running game. In fact, Rattler's ability to buy time and make throws on the run allowed plays to be made that Carr can't make.

LOL the only thing SR did any better than DC would have is run with the ball and pick up some yds. He missed a lot of open receivers , Missed Holker wide open for a TD. His picks were awful throws. He made about 4-5 good throws and lots of bad ones. He took way too many bad sacks some he even ran right into. . To even joke that DC would have done just as bad is absurd.
DC HAD the same OL and no Taysom and did much better.
Even the shift penalty was on SR for having the ball snapped before Shaheed could get set.
All said he might get better , he might not. I'd still rather have Tyson Bagent

Call it whatever you want, bad luck, injuries, player chemistry, but this is a 2-4 team right now. You don’t week in and week out do the same thing and expect a different result. That’s the definition of ….. Go rewatch the sideline today. These players are mentally done. They aren’t responding to DA. His leadership is inept and that is why playing Rattler in the answer for the future. You can be stuck in the past as long as you need. This team needs something different

SR was scrappy and showed a lot today, he could hang in the game, and score TDs (even took the lead.) But I agree, he is so raw and inexperienced, it is a big stretch to think he gives us a better chance to win. Than a healthy DC.

Ridiculous, DC was better behind the same OL

Carr seems better because we were completely healthy the first two games. Just the fact that Carr had a healthy Taysom Hill is at least three third down conversions that sustain drives, which may equate to more points for us and less points for our opponents. But forget the theoretical, here’s the deal: we have no future, ZERO, with Carr, and we know it. We MAY have a future with Rattler. That possibility alone is enough for me to go with Rattler for the remainder of the year in preparation for next year where we will (we “WILL”) have a new head coach and more weapons.
