Sunday Ticket Will Be Priced At $300/Year With A Possible Cheaper Single Team Option (1 Viewer)

No, they are contractually obligated to charge in the neighborhood of $300 due to CBS/FOX contracts. Ridiculous, right?

As for YTTV location settings, there doesn't appear to be any means of manually entering a location. It uses your computer or phone geolocation services.
Would a VPN solve that problem?

If so may think about getting the Bengals since I get the Saints locally wait $99 for one team so guessing a team like the Bengals I would paying for like 8 to 9 games at best doubt I pay $100 for one team even if I didn't get the Saints locally

So far this season, I’ve watched nothing but my own youtubetv programming with local programming and redzone, along with Amazon prime for Thursday night games. I’ve done much better watching the Saints passively this year. Next year I’ll probably do the same. I can always rewatch games on NFL Network rewind.

I’ll still get the Jaguars as part of local programming. I’d buy the Saints for $150 once they get better. Maybe two seasons from now. Until then I’ll just go with basic youtubetv (local channels and redzone) and Amazon prime.

Interesting that they didn't mention a $400 tier, which seems to indicate that Google may be 86ing the Sunday Ticket version of Red Zone.

That would suck.
Yeah it's already (basically) been confirmed that it is done.
I was initially forced into Direct many years back, and it has had up/downs with some drawbacks, particularly after AT&T's very puzzling acquisition of the company. But it is by far my favorite TV service too. I've tried YTTV, Hulu and Fubo, not to mention cable...none of them compared. I will likely stay on with Direct and accept the modest difference in per month cost.
I don't think I've once paid for the Ticket with Direct and had it every year since 2006. It's mostly due to Saints, but I have also become pretty used to RZ and just being able to flip around and watch whatever game I am into that day.
