Yeah, I was, a bit. I suspected this guy was connected with someone significant. Should be interesting when Nat and her dad find out who his parents are.

The scene he's talkiing to John Henry and he only mentions his mom and the idea of those two meeting. Almost made it feel like she was a single mom. I don't remember him mentioning dad at any time.

Maybe they gave it 10 episodes to offset the budget cut? So, same quality, just not as many episodes as normal.

That's ideal to me. 8 to 10 episode seasons are the sweet spot in television to me, as long as they can maintain the quality.
