Hmmmm... Thor drops his hammer. Is it because he becomes unworthy to wield it because he choked Tony Stark because (pure speculation on my part) something bad happens to Jane Foster and Thor thinks it is Tony's fault because he created Ultron?

When some people got to see the private "trailer" allegedly they're all playing a game about who can lift the hammer. I think they're having fun vs something bad happening. But I believe that opening part where Ultron is staggering (like he was just born?) is right after that moment.

Also allegedly Captain is the only one able to move the hammer just a little bit.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

It fits with rumors that they're subbing vibranium in for Ultron's traditional Adamantium body from the comics.

That looks like Tony in the Hulkbuster suit as it closes. I read somewhere that Ultron messes with Hulk's mind causing him to kinda turn on the Avengers which would lead to him going to another planet or something of that manner, all of which would spawn a new Hulk movie.

A Planet Hulk movie? I'm game.

There have been rumors that one of the locations visited in the movie is Wakanda (although there is most definitely no one cast as or playing Black Panther yet), so it could conceivably be Klaw.

Ironman and Rocket and Drax and Quill in the same movie...I cannot even fathom how awesome that will be. Especially if Whedon is involved.

It was pretty awesome when Tony had a brief stint with GotG in the comic book. The convo between Rocket and Tony after Gamora put it on Tony (and the look on Tony's face) was comedic joy. I can definitely see it in the movies.

It's the Iron Man outfit being enclosed which may or may not be Tony....Ultron can take control of the suits IIRC from the comics (and i believe that is what is happening in the earlier part of the trailer). Not saying you're incorrect just there's another possibility.

I have heard about that scene, but that's not what I am talking about. In the trailer, at around 1:08, Thor simply drops his hammer... like he is overcome or he lost the strength/ability to hold it.

I think it's awe/shock that causes him to drop it, not a loss of strength.
