Lets start with reality since we live in a federalist democracy.
We can go into all the conspiracy theories about Russia, religion, western values, race and Trump later on, but lets stick with facts since those have all but disappeared in this thread. I think changing the title to accurately reflect what is being discussed would help or create a better place for a discussion, if that is the point of this thread.

What does Russia have to do with this case?

The facts have been discussed pretty extensively in this thread beyond what any one person or outlet is reporting or what charges have actually been brought. Yes, the officers that killed her were not charged, but her death was not justified overall. There seems to be lots of false evidence that went into obtaining the warrant. Maybe... maybe the shooting was justified, but even that evidence is pretty shaky considering only one person heard the police announce themselves out of many witnesses, and that person only changed their original testimony of not hearing such after multiple interrogations. That's pretty flimsy if you are actually interested in truth and real justice and actually adhering to our Constitution.

Who exactly is reinforcing what they were told to think and who has actually been pretty thorough in discussing all aspects of the case?

I betcha the grand jury didn't know the warrant for Taylor's residence was based off of a lie and her death is a direct result of that lie but, the AG does.
