When you go to “play” games where it is your move will automatically jump to the top. Once you move they go to the bottom. And that button top right with the hand on a piece, that will always bring you back to the play tab.

Also, by default you have to click the check mark to confirm your move. Like a last chance before you take your hand off the piece.
