We were fortunate. In one of of the hottest markets in the country, where bids over asking price are commonplace and buyer paying pretty much everything, I managed to get our new house in at $15k under list. No regrets. Even if the market turns south, we should be alright.

Still up a bit on NSPX and TSOI, but it's only because they were so parabolic prior. Seem to be holding at a floor so more are buying in when the price is right.

Given that it has a history of running up and then pulling back, is it time to think about profit taking? I'm not sure.

The news from the company is always so good on the R&D front. This company could be much higher valued at some point.

The last time I looked I was deep in the red on everything but AMC.

I'm not qualified to answer that about selling. I buy and just hold. I figure eventually I'll have enough bad investments to sell them all and save some taxes or I'll look at the account and be shocked.

My real investments are in professionally managed accounts I can't touch for a while yet. Everything else is gambling for me.

Gary has been talking a lot. I think he now has a pretty good idea of what is happening and how it’s happening.

I think he also knows that the HFs are manipulating the market by manipulating the rules.

I don’t know if he has enough real ammo to get the FBI involved, but I think at a minimum he wants to make sweeping changes to security laws. Including transparency.

1.5 million shares of GME were to be delivered today got rolled over into OTM September $35 puts. Straight crime. There were rules passed in late spring to prevent this very thing.

AMC and GME should never dip until all counterfeit shares are bought out. Any dip is not real when retail owns more shares that even exist.
