The cave on Lothal is the most intriguing part (and remember the cafe where he found Cara had a cat the same species as a Lothcat)
Ezra being one of the only Jedi not known to be dead at the time is less a theory than hopeful speculation (which I share - esp if it means Thrawn, too)

I do have to add a bit of frustration at all this ‘how could they not know about Jedi?!?)
Han in ANH makes it very clear that Jedi are more myth than anything
And then he gets to repeat that notion to Rey and Finn in TFA (sure Rey tucked away on Jacku probably wouldn’t have heard any Jedi stories) if a former storm trooper doesn’t know about Jedi, it’s fairly safe to assume that they’re not well known at all
some of you are way too sw universe nerdy.

My wife is the big SW nerd and I know most of the Clone Wars and Rebels stuff bc my 11 yr old talks about them all the time when not playing KOTOR and now Fallen Order
— he just watched the episode and is not cool with the idea of the dark saber in the hands of a moff

The last episode was just outstanding. So much greatness. No spoilers from me, I just loved it.

With the announcement of S2 made by Favreau and accompanying photo...might it be a decent assumption we see someone from the Hutts at some point??

See what, when and how? Where did you see the announcement?

Fall of 2020 for Season 2 release.

i'm still not understanding the Hutt thing
but in terms of Hutts or other non-human creatures, i'm not sure how far they're going to venture
aside from baby yoda, i assume they'll stick to humans and machines
but who knows, maybe early success encouraged them to spend more on creature SFX

The picture is of Gamorrean Guards who often hired as guards for the Hutt's.

some things to maybe chew on:

i think star wars is going to use the TV shows to explain/paper over plot elements of the movies
eg the Palpatine resurrection could be tied to whatever experiment/procedure they're trying to do with baby yoda & force healing, et al

i put this one on the same level as 'Darth Jar Jar' - but i have to wonder about the species for Yoda & baby yoda - it seems telling that baby yoda went so quickly to force choking - there's no reason to assume that 'yodas' are all good
i know they will never do a 'character assasination' of yoda, but i have some real textual problems with how ineffectual yoda was in the prequels, and i think it would be hella interesting if 'yodas' were susceptible to sith influence or some such

if Mando is getting ready to re-explore Deathwatch - which seems likely -we're about to get into some grey area anyway
Mandolorians have a history with the jedi but are not cool with sith either - Deathwatch is pretty fundamentalist as well
it seems like we're about to wade into some morally ambiguous areas

esp since Mando seems a bit dim - he tends to let himself fall into obvious problematic situations and relies on his fighting ability to get him out - it seems like he would be very susceptible to charismatic characters who can trick him into some icky situations
