Welp, it's doubleheader day! Cup then Xfinity. This is supposed to be the last time on the Fontana track. With the weather the last couple of days, I wonder what the track conditions will be like. Last year with the brand new cars, a lot of drivers struggled and wrecked in practice/qualifying.

Crap. K, Busch wins. Nascar should have thrown a caution when 2 car brushed the wall in the last 10 laps to give Chase a chance! (just kidding (sort of) I just can't stand Busch).

Yeah, hats off to Kyle getting his first win with RCR. He had a rocketship, especially once he took the lead from Chastain in the third stage. The racing all over the track was really good. Fontana delivered today.

Well, one thing is for sure, Deegan has a fast truck. She qualified 5th. Curious to see how she does. She was running well when she got caught up in a wreck last week.

I don’t think the duration is the issue - it’s the circumstances. Kyle got a medical waiver for a racetrack injury, but I think this is quite different. But Nascar has always been as much of a promoter as a ruling body so I suspect they’ll give it to him as long as he qualifies.
