He didn't give him an infraction because he isn't a mod, as he mentioned. He directed towards me and I didn't infraction him either, but another mod did.

What he said was highly offensive, and had he said it to any member on this board, mod or not, he would have been infracted with the same i fraction. Mods dont get special treatment. It was against the TOS.
