Things That Make You Feel Old (4 Viewers)

Doesn't that technically happen halfway through 2025?

IDK, maybe that's right. I seldom get time travel correct.
Yeah, gmr got it right. I was thinking of the end of 2000 and beginning of 2025. Of course, if you're talking the beginning of 2000 and beginning of '25 then that's different.

My low back & hips have been killing me for 2 months straight.
Yeah, my lower back has been acting up lately. I've never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Not sure why it's started acting up the last few months.

I've tried some walking and stretching. I get some relief, but doesn't always work.

Hope you're able to figure out what causing it and come up with a plan to deal with it.

I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. I go to yoga but apparently it’s not enough. I’m sure the hip flexor issue is from weight lifting. It started 2 months ago. I’ve been lifting for a year now so who the hell knows.

Yeah, I think my issue is related to sitting a lot while working. Need to get up a bit more often and give my lower back a break.

And yeah, the weightlifting definitely can be the culprit for hip flexor issues. Your guess is as good as mine on how to address it. Good luck.
