Yeah, my lower back has been acting up lately. I've never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Not sure why it's started acting up the last few months.My low back & hips have been killing me for 2 months straight.
I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. I go to yoga but apparently it’s not enough. I’m sure the hip flexor issue is from weight lifting. It started 2 months ago. I've tried some walking and stretching. I get some relief, but doesn't always work.
