This is why I feel like we have to go CB in the 1st round (1 Viewer)

it's a nice article. Has Tom Shaw ever had anything bad to say about one of his clients prior to the draft? Not saying Shaw doesn't know what he's talking about, but, you have to take these type of articles with a grain of salt.

Yea, but what I'm talking about is the NFL scouts and Personnel men mentioned.

Is he as good as Dathan Brown?

Dathan Brown is a beast and much like Darrell Green trained him, we have Deon training DRC. I expect no less than DRC and his fluid hips to be in the Pro Bowl in his rookie year.

I don't think any of the CBs are worth the 10th pick, so if we get stuck there, I wouldn't be surprised if we go offense. Offensive players will probably slip for the defensive mindedness this year. I hate that it will happen, but it might...

.

but otherwise no LB no OT when clady is gone and no safety is "worth" the top ten pick . i wouldn´t mind trading up for ellis and i can see it happen . i just hope it isnt another Running Back . Right Now NO running back makes our team better. ok in a couple of years you can go with 6 RBs in the season and mixing them up , but i highly doubt they could go far with our current run blocking.

i just saw this on a video on youtube, dont know if its been posted, but Mayock of of NFL Network lists his top 5 CBs, and guess who is #1?

Brandon Flowers. Yes, that is correct. He says flowers is the most physical corner he has seen come out of the draft in years. I was shocked.
I would have thought it would look like this:
1. Mckelvin
2. DRC
3. Jenkins
4. Talib
5. Flowers

Mayock's top 5:
1. Flowers
2. McKelvin
3. Talib
4. Jenkins
5. DRC

I found this very interesting. Don't think i agree but, interesting analysis. He believes both Flowers and Mckelvin are top 10 picks.

YouTube - Mayock top 5 CB

go to the 1:20 mark, thats where he talks about corners, before that is safties.

BTW, flower's 40 time at the combine (which was after this video) was 4.55. heres the rest of his combine info http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=11706

I've been watching alot of Mayock on the NFL Network. He flip flops quite often. First, he had Ellis #1, then after the Pro-day, Dorsey was #1. Flowers is not the #1 CB in this draft. It's between McKelvin and DRC. Period.

CB Need <<<<<<<<<<<< Interior Pass Rusher = Dorsey or Ellis

He flip flops quite often.
I have never understood why American society denigrates someone for re-evaluating their position when they get more facts.

My understanding is that Flowers was the #1 corner on his board Pre-Combine before he had a chance to make his detailed viewing of the film sessions. His preliminary assessment was that he looked fast on film. He stated that he would have to recheck after his poor combine performance and that he would be interested to see if he redeemed himself on his Pro Day.
