This was Carr/offense’s best game and their turning point (2 Viewers)

I am starting to believe someone on the offense has a tell. a lot of times AK runs the ball he is hit almost as soon as he gets the hand off.

What worked?

That quick handoff...doesn't allow defenders an extra step or two to find crease. We ran a few that would pop for yards.

When we hand off 5 yds behind LOS, like it takes too long to develop and dline finds lane thru

What stood out to me is how the announcers mentioned that Carr spent time communicating with players all week. That he had talked to players more than ever before.

That's a key component we were desperately in need of... A leader on offense and for the team.

I think the fallout from last week's game was a wakeup call and Carr responded by taking on a more leadership role to improve communication and relationships in the locker room.

I think we're seeing some of the effects on that play out on the field.

Apparently Olave was not listening

I don’t think it’s a turning point in anything. I would absolutely love to be wrong, but there’s still not quite enough talent and discipline (i.e. pre-snap penalties) to rip off multiple wins in a row. Winner of this division is either 9-8 or 8-9, maybe even worse. Let’s all see which team it shall be.
