Does anybody else think that this game reminds you of the Minneapolis miracle. I’m tired of watching the team fight and claw and come back and go ahead and then we allow the other team to throw a big bomb boom. All it seems to take is one play to pull out a gut wrenching loss from the jaws of victory.

Regular season... new qb, division rival, how long have you been a fan ? Minnesota came here and randy moss and THEIR PUNTER were buying people suvienor cups with domestic beer 24 oz. While the third string was in with over 500 yards of o. How did Dallas do? Cinci? Tampa last week? Vegas? U need some teddy lasso. It is my fault though. When my daughter and I won soccer, I literally said to my family COLSTON and trista now the saints will lost because I am happy. This needs to be balanced out.

Going by the history between these two teams, it would have been a relatively safe bet.
Wouldn't he surprised if many did take the Falcons with the points.

I noticed that I am asked this question a lot, since I posted this . It seems that people assume I am a short time, (Band wagon fan.).

The truth is I have been a Saints fan since Archie Manning. (Long Term fan.). LTF. I guess most LTF are now spoiled. I just don’t want to go back to the Bag days. I don’t want my team to make the same mistakes as Miami.

Ironically, Miami passed on Drew Brees. Look at them today. Do they have the same respect as they did, during the Dan Marino days?

You do realize that these last 10-15 seasons you are witnessing are the highest point in Saints football, ever.

In the 60s, 70s, and 80s I lived disappointed.

Pretty much my exact thoughts when I read the thread title.

The Saints are an up-and-down team that is currently 5-3.

In previous up-and-down seasons, Haslett/Brooks gave us a lot of 8-8 and Payton/Brees gave us alot of 7-9.

I'm good with 5-3, knowing the best could/should still be in front of us.
