That is a solid point. Just seems like knowing the MO of the CRM, they would have engaged at some point, but perhaps not with these sort of numbers at Commonwealth?

I agree this is setting up as 'our group' overthrowing Milton. I am not a graphic novel reader, but I believe that is what Rick did in the books. Makes some sense that they are giving that role to Daryl, maybe? I suppose Maggie could too, but seems her fate is tied to Negan and NYC for the spinoff. But also seems that Daryl is hitting the road with Carol at some point soon too. Ultimately Rick/Machone/CRM will be having it out with Commonwealth at some point--whether thru the movies or extensions of the show in spinoffs.

What i really want them to touch on is what happened with the smarter/faster Walker in France that was at the end of World Beyond. But i guess that will also be part of the Rick Grimes movies...

I just caught up on the most recent 2 episodes; Warlords and The Rotten Core...was very good stuff! Finally hitting the gas and getting interesting. The Negan stuff is just excellent, same with Aaron and Gabe.
