Govt back mortgages HALTED ( they have no funding- these are the TWO LARGEST BANKS in Russia ) and VTB had announced just 1 month ago, to obtain this type of mortgage, a buyer had to PUT DOWN 47.5% LOL :

I don't understand financials enough to make sense of that. Seems like some awfully high rates but they've been pumping cash into a war econ for a few years now.
