UnitedHealth CEO shot

We've only shot the one, so the sample size is small.

You could kill thousands of them and there will always be another one waiting to take over that will be just as bad or worse. These companies don't care about the death of executives anymore than they would care if you or I died. They care about money. You want to change how they act? The only way is to hurt their bottom line. That's how you change how they act.

After the one CEO was shot, BCBS reversed course on their decision not to cover anesthesia through a whole operation.

Correlation is not the same thing as causation. And even if it influenced one change in policy, it won't change their overall policy of denying claims.

Are we still living under a British and/or French monarchy?

So you do think it will change things. What do either of those have to do with killing CEOs?

But, if you want to revolt and start a revolution go ahead you have that 2nd Amendment right that I know you hold so dear. So, join the Tea Party and start your maitia as a sovereign citizen. I'll buy you your red hat.

And by the way, how did the French Revolution turn out? I'm a little fuzzy on it, something about a reign of terror. Certainly nobody was kept in chains after the American Revolution. And now, in both France and the U.S. who is in charge? The people right? Not corporations and oligarchs right?

I don’t know if it would change things or not
I am pretty sure that 3-5 assassinations in the 60s had a profound effect (probably one of the reasons why we’re here)
I’m saying ‘hm, I wonder if 3-5 assassinations on people who actually deserve it might be a course correction’
Of course the problem is picking the 3-5 people from a list that’s easily 50 names long

And since I know you’re going to ask : CCS is the one wh gets to pick
This has been established

You act like this is new. It's always been the case in every country at all times. It's naive to think otherwise and naive to think that shooting some CEOs is going to change anything.
When did I say this is new???

The only thing that is “new” is the extreme disparity in the amount of wealth in the US that the oligarchs in charge have compared to the working class.

It’s not naive - I just don’t have Stockholm syndrome.

I'm willing to take that chance and see. I'll tell you what, if a bunch of CEOs and billionaires get killed and nothing changes, i owe you a Coke.

I'll take that bet. But considering the private security many of these CEOs have, good luck pulling that off.

Nothing changes regardless.
