witout "reggie the decoy" next week....what will or offence look like? (1 Viewer)

I don't think it'll make a big difference. Look, I like Reggie, and I think he's a great person, but he's got to settle down and start playing better. Other than the Punt return, and a couple of good pass plays, Reggie hasn't showed me alot. Again, I'm not bashing him, I just wish he would calm down, and play better.

I think we should just put Colston on the field. I bet he could block for himself, throw the ball and catch it then break 3 tackles for a TD. No worries.

All kidding aside, I have heard either Henderson or Gajan say that Colston actually is good at throwing the ball.

The Saints were outplayed and for the first time this year, outcoached. Unfortunately, the schedule is not going to get any easier.

I'm not worried about the offense it's the D I'm worried about.

I think teams are starting to figure out our overachieving defense.

I hate to say it, but I think we may be better offensively if Reggie is out next week. It just seems to me that Payton tries too hard to get Reggie involved when you know everybody on defense is gunning for him.

Then should we just sit Bush on the bench for the rest of the season ?

strong endorsement for a guy who single-handedly gave up 7 today. That said, I agree he's not so bad:)

Heh. Yeah, he definitely was a cause of one of the "interceptions" and subsequent scores but I wonder if that had to do with his practice time this season...even as a seasoned vet. With a week of practice as the No. 2 back, I figure he may get a bit better. I could be wrong and DEFINITELY have been wrong before.

No I don't think we have to sit him, but its starting to become obvious he works better as a receiver than a running back. Defenses are on a mission to make sure he doesn't break one on them. I thought after 7 games defenses might start letting up a bit, but its not happening.

Saints should had used him on some deep routes and caused some havoc. I think Payton made a big mistake this game.
