Young couple goes on van tour of US, boy comes back with van - no girl (2 Viewers)

It’s probably not final yet.
I know but I thought maybe LE shared privately some info with them. I know in the Tammy Daybell case, LE hasn't made the results of her autopsy public in light of the pending trial but the kids let slip a big detail in their 48 Hours interview.

I think we should remember that none of this is really any of our business.

The public isn't entitled to any information about an ongoing investigation. I know youtube sleuths and reality TV bounty hunters think they are going to solve this crime, but the real investigators often need to keep information out of the public because they have a real investigation to run and their responsibility is to get a conviction above all else.

Nah, “killer on the loose” is pretty much everybody’s business imo.

What's that have to do with delving into someone's autopsy though. They usually let us know there is a "killer on the loose" and that they are looking for him/her, that's what I need to know, not how the person died. What is knowing that info going to do for you? At some point you have to trust the authorities are doing the best they can to protect the public, otherwise our way of life is a farce.

Yah, you’re right. I got lost in the thread and didn’t realize whodatphan was talking about the autopsy information. My bad. Apologies, whodatphan, I agree with you.

Good find. I was reading about this on another article some where, thinking that maybe Brian's parents didn't know where he was, because he was sneaking in and out of the house?!?! He didn't go through the front door, he was sneaking around, so let's hope Brian's parents are innocent of any wrong doing.

Maybe he had to sneak in the house and grab something he forgot he needed?

What I don't understand about the "abandoned vehicle" notice that was on the mustang around the 14th is that it doesn't make any sense to me. In Florida, a car has to be there for 5 days before being considered "abandoned." According to the timeline, the mustang wasn't even close to being parked for 5 days. The police report which has been heavily redacted does have a list date of the 14th at the top of the report. Unless the mustang was there on the 9th, there is no way it constituted as an abandoned car according to the law in Florida. I'm wondering if Laundrie went on the run on the 9th instead of the 13th, if that car was there on the 13th, that notice should not have appeared on the car until the 18th. Remember, Brian Laundrie is not reported missing until the 17th.

It is generally 35 hours to be considered abandoned, but five days to be considered a public nuisance. There's some distinction with regards to getting the vehicle legally removed, etc.

The coroner in Wyoming will be giving a press conference tomorrow on Gabby's autopsy.

I'd be shocked if they reveal a whole lot because its an ongoing investigation being led by the feds.
I agree. I hope we can at least get a time of death, just to see where it fits in the timeline, specifically as it relates to the date/time that van was caught on video, parked on the side of the road only a few hundred feet from where the body was found, by that couple.

That didn't take to long.
I wonder if it's a timing thing given that the search for Brian Laundrie has stalled. We need some new information that's "real" since none of the LE agencies are giving pressers and all we've been left with lately is rampant speculation, guessing, and Dog (who's left the search now, apparently).
