are you putting Carr on the same level as Burrow? Because that's silly. So, use this same silly argument for Burrow?

Go you!Yes. I said that.
Has nothing to do with feelings, maybe your feelings, idk.Excuses are still excuses regardless of feelings.
He has and your refusal to acknowledge that speaks volumes.Eventually you have to produce.
There you go again putting words in my mouth. I didnt say that. You said unless he's on a legitimate playoff team you won't assign him blame.
Nope.So, again it's everyone else's fault.
So you refuse to acknowledge legitimate issues and just call them excuses. Thats not how the world works. Keep up the fantasy though. Its one way to live. Then you followed up with more Raiders excuses, DA excuses, and finally injury excuses.
Possibly, i mean, .500 as oppoed to no wins? What is he the best option to do? Go .500 again?
Nope.Keep us mediocre?
Your opinion, sure. There is no upside.
If you say so.It's a waste of everyone's time.
Since ypu know it all, who should we realistically get that would be an upgrade over Carr? I'll wait.Of course, I said this exact same thing the last two seasons.
I mean, Carr got the Raiders to the playoffs one season with Del Rio iirc. So never is a big word.Raider fans are still having these same arguments. Until we move on we will never reach the playoffs.
I mean, you're saying excuses only apply to who you think they should apply to. Your reasoning doesn't make much sense. Whatever floats your boat tho.are you putting Carr on the same level as Burrow? Because that's silly.
You're using excuses to cover up a decade of facts. Carr is a sub par quarterback his record proves it.I mean, you're saying excuses only apply to who you think they should apply to. Your reasoning doesn't make much sense. Whatever floats your boat tho.
I'll let you have the last word no need to keep repeating the obviois. You're using excuses to cover up a decade of facts. Carr is a sub par quarterback his record proves it.
Excuses don't pay the bills. You may like using them for Derek. I'm sorry you're stuck in your feelings it's just football. Did Derek Carr get us to the playoffs in a weak division since he's been a Saint? So what has he produced? I say roll with Rattler. Draft Jeanty or top WR. We need playmaker. Draft both lines/ safety with our extra manders picks. Fill up our depth by trading down as much as possible. Saints will stick with Carr one more season in reality so this whole argument is meaningless. We will have it again next season.Go you!

This. These arguments are the same arguments Raider's fans had for 10 years.
Never stated otherwise.Excuses don't pay the bills.
You characterizing it that way doesn't make it so.You may like using them for Derek.
Already addressed this.I'm sorry you're stuck in your feelings it's just football.
Never said otherwise.Did Derek Carr get us to the playoffs in a weak division since he's been a Saint?
Slightly more wins than losses with a pretty lousy set of circumstances. But hey, since injuries and circumstances are irrelevant to you, we'll go with your excuses mantra. So what has he produced?
I'm not opposed to that if Rattler has a good preseason.I say roll with Rattler.
Works for me.Draft Jeanty or top WR.
yep, no question.need playmaker.
Not enough picks to cover all of that, but we can start in that direction, sure.Draft both lines/ safety with our extra manders picks.
Not opposed to trading down. Depends on whos on the board at the time.Fill up our depth by trading down as much as possible.
Maybe, depends on whether the new coaching staff wants to run it back with Carr or go a different direction. I'd say the odd are Carr will be back, but never know.Saints will stick with Carr one more season in reality so this whole argument is meaningless.
Doubtful. He'll either be on his way to another team or he's shut the doubters up. So there won't be much debate by then.We will have it again next season.
Well, the Raiders have done diddly poo since Carr left, so they can keep arguing over being mediocre.This.
Stop into a Raider forum and it was like Groundhog Day. It’s literally the same excuses as to why it’s not his fault. People are saying the same thing Raider fans argued over multiple thousand page threads from 2017 onwards.
Unfortunately for you guys your FO stupidity extended him, thus prolonging the agony.
Last word huh. So. You never said otherwise, got it. Excuses were never made for Carr, but you mention excuses again(injuries, circumstances) The thing is every season the circumstances/injuries happen. So Carr has developed a pattern of this. It's going to continue. Everything else we basically agree on. Carr will be here. He has no incentive to go elsewhere. We would have to cut him.Never stated otherwise.

They beat our butt in the dome. Carr is fortunate to have missed the game to prevent him losing to all 32 teams.Well, the Raiders have done diddly poo since Carr left, so they can keep arguing over being mediocre.
Well, you responded to another of my posts before I said that. So, i changed my mind. It happens.Last word huh.
Carr has developed a pattern of causing injuries and bad coaching every season? Lol. Nice logic.So. You never said otherwise, got it. Excuses were never made for Carr, but you mention excuses again(injuries, circumstances) The thing is every season the circumstances/injuries happen. So Carr has developed a pattern of this. It's going to continue.
And if he doesn't have a good season, he'll be cut, yes. If he has a great season and we make the playoffs, then we'll have to decide if we want to continue or not and would be a tpugher call.Everything else we basically agree on. Carr will be here. He has no incentive to go elsewhere. We would have to cut him.
Eh, the offense was terrible in that game. Carr averaged 24 points per game this season. Raiders scored 25. Would have been a close game most likely. They beat our butt in the dome. Carr is fortunate to have missed the game to prevent him losing to all 32 teams.
Yes they actually did something good, moved on from Carr. It might take a while but standing pat hoping a (then) ten year vet would suddenly get it or attempt to start solving it?Well, the Raiders have done diddly poo since Carr left, so they can keep arguing over being mediocre.
A decade of either underperformance or injuries is just a case of bad luck or coaching(other people's fault.) That's what you are saying, right? That Derek Carr is the unluckiest quarterback in the history of the league. It's not a reflection on him or a pattern? He was brought in to be the final piece to the puzzle. He was brought in to be more than Andy Dalton. He is Andy Dalton. We need to move on ASAP.Well, you responded to another of my posts before I said that. So, i changed my mind. It happens.
