That was a statement game by Moore. Very impressive. Yeah he’s got the big dogs up front and Barkley but still. He called a great game. I can see why the brass would fly to Philly to interview him.

That's sort of the risk right? That our target looks at our situation as too screwed to jump into.. especially if it's a guys first shot at a HC job who probably expects to have future opportunities. How are we supposed to build being $50 million over cap this year and once we get under cap. Be over 2026 cap too.
This is an entirely unique position that any NFL team has been in... And frankly... You don't have 5 years to rebuild the team and then go for a franchise QB.
We don’t have the toolbox that the Eagles have, but his play calling has been impressive. And he never took the foot off the pedal.
So, keep doing what hasn't been working for 4 years and keep doing it. Sounds pretty on brand for the Saints. That's sort of the risk right? Hopefully that's not the case with Moore if he's the guy.. and then hopefully McCarthy would be OK with it if Moore isn't

This would be my first, second, and third choice. Kellen Moore running the offense with a strong DC (this is where Flores can come in) and I think we have a team that can make some serious noise.
He has to be the target, their flying there to meet with him (reportedly).Revisiting this statement from 2022...
He has a great offensive mind and can adapt based on personnel. Get him a strong DC and we built the trenches and I think he is a great fit.
I think he may be the young up-and-coming coach that will be here to guide this team back to respectability.Kellen Moore is my #1 choice for HC, followed by Mike Kafka. I would be very pleased by this hire. He reminds me of Kevin O'Connell
He would be the new youngest hc in the league, at 36. Just an FYI
Nothing against Mccarthy, I know he's proven and all, but I think the potential is much greater with MooreYep...If it is truly between McCarthy and Moore, then it's all just going to come down to philosophical direction.
