Yeah, the victim was trying to protect himself and grabbed a pretty good hold of AK's shirt, nearly pulled it off.

Looked to me like he was trying to get away and then AK punched him from behind with his right hand, which caused him to hit the wall. He then turns toward AK, and then AK throws another punch (not sure if it lands) which contributes to him falling backwards to the floor.

The part where the guy goes down, I wasn’t sure if it was actually an AK punch. AKs hand is definitely extended, but I thought it was maybe either a push or just to brace himself as he went down.

It's a punch, but I'm not 100% sure if it landed or he missed his face and connected with the wall...but it's a punch

Yeah you’re right, not sure how I missed it the first 5 times I watched it. Lol

After watching it again, it seems like AK pushes him from behind, which causes him to face plant the wall, and then throws another punch before the guy goes down.

I'll be that guy that everyone is whining about. It don't look that bad for AK. He even stopped when it looked like dude was done, to him it was a fight, that he won.

Now....that other dude stomping on his head, if I'm AK and I'm left with a him or me proposition, imma sing like a Canary and violate all kinda street code, that dude took it way too far over some disrespect that ain't even apply to him.

It's interesting because earlier reports had all of the guys stomping on the dude, and in the video, it looks like one guy is doing the stomping. I tend to think had that dude not stomped his face like that, we wouldn't have heard anything about this incident.

The problem is that it looks like AK instigated the attack. On top of that, he doesn't try to stop the guys who were stomping the victim. No matter how you try to spin it, it looks bad.

That's the sticking point "instigation", i think the word youre looking for is "initiated"...re "instigation" I don't think AK instigated this, that would imply that he was looking for a fight from the start. I think Mr unconscious was the instigator of the whole incident.

The police report said AK hit dude 8 times after he was unconscious...I counted 4...1 standing and 3 while down...if they can't get something that simple down as counting punches then......

Twice you used the word "think" to try and make your point. Where is your evidence? I'm not saying you are wrong, but the video carries more weight than your feelings or assumptions.
