NFL Draft Anyone else watching Cam Ward? (2 Viewers)

So in the same post you said taking BPA is not smart but that you would take Travis Hunter who would clearly be BPA?

Something here isn't smart.

And the odds are that once Hunter gets to the NFL he isn't going to play every down both ways. He's likely going to be a starting CB that gets occasional plays as a WR.
Well Yes and No, BPA is subjective actually but nice try.

I'll believe we are looking to add a QB once are draft position has been made clear and a subsequent move to part with Carr transpires.

What about Milroe?

I love his athletic skills and running skills. And I think he has a good enough arm. But, I'm not sure he's developed enough as a passer. But, I honestly haven't looked at him enough.

But you are probably right that he belongs in the same conversation with Ward and Milroe is a better runner.

You don’t have to get rid of Carr yet. Ideally the jets move on from Rodgers and give us a pick to reunite him with Adams. But if we’re stuck he could be just a very expensive bridge QB.

What about Milroe?
I think he’s got the biggest bust factor of the potential 1st RD QBs. He’s my least favorite QB1 prospects & i pray we dont end up w/him. He looks way too much like Anthony Richardson. He’s an elite runner, but average on his best day above the neck. The IQ, decision making & poise under pressure are all question marks to me. Not the traits you want in your franchise QB.

He’s always left out of the conversation and I’m not sure why. He’s not perfect but no prospect is.
He Alabama’s fastest player, we could use him as a running back or tight end if he didn’t pan out as a qb. I like Milroe.

I think Troy Brown from NE was true last two way player. Even then once he switched to WR he seldom played on the defense again

I don’t believe in any QBs in this draft unless you’re changing the offense to be more of a running QB than passing. I don’t see a single QB in this draft that’s a better passer then Derek Carr, and I’m not high on Derek Carr what so ever.

Get Ahston Jeanty, and draft OLine and front 7 so we can not get dominated in the trenches. Then look to get a decent QB in another draft. We already have Haener and Rattler we can continue to groom.
