VHS tapes?

3 of them, yep (maybe a few others somewhere in boxes). Old. Recordings of groups I was in during college or thereafter. Haven't owned a VCR since pre-Katrina.

Dixit, Las Vegas, Crokinole, Ticket to ride (1901 exp) & king of Tokyo are faves at my place...

Board games are the best!!!

Sweet! For me, the 1901 expansion is a must. i can't handle those little cards that comes with the base game.

Dixit is fun, but my brother in law is from Hong Kong. He misses a lot of the references that we make, so it puts him at a bit of a disadvantage. We end up breaking out Spyfall, Monikers or Say anything when we want to bring a party game.

Haha, well I know it's something I've been able to bond with people who I now consider good friends. I think it's a very underrated hobby these days. I get excited when people find new games they like.
