What do you use to keep track of your collection? I came across the League of Comic Geeks app and that seems pretty good. I've never really cataloged my collection.
I use CLZ with League as a backup. They're both great, but limit the amount of books with free accounts. The League's pro plan is pretty decent for only $19 a year. CLZ, however, is the cream of the crop and $2 a month. If you're a collector waning to know value, there's an add-on subscription as well for that.

Some screenshots from CLZ...

I have a clz subscription but I gave up cataloging when I started trying to catalog the older stuff that doesn't have a bar code but there are variants.

Why is it so hard to choose a comic character and select a box for "all?"

Are you talking 2nd, 3rd printings etc.? With old stuff, the only "variants" are newsstand copies or subsequent printings.

$0.30, $0.35, diamond for a price box, news stand edition, etc.
I've never had an issue. I get through them rather quick. Only reason why I'm behind in cataloguing now is due to laziness.

This is going to continue being a problem...

I really don't know how you put the toothpaste back in the tube. There are always going to be artists trying to find short cuts to big pay days or to keep pace with a crazy schedule. Greg Land has made an entire career out of tracing porn for interior art on major superhero comics and he kept getting work long after that was exposed. It won't be long until a truly major name gets busted using AI. We'll see what happens then, I guess.

I'm often wary of those artist who exclusively does digital art. As good as he is, someone like Jorge Jimenez, whose art looks great still gets a  from me because he's 100% digital. Hell, they have a disclosure when buying his stuff saying his "original" work is digitally drawn. Just leaves the door open for problems.

These are the titles I read this week. It saddens me as a huge Batman mark to see it at the bottom of the list, but Zdarsky has made it a mission to lift up Tim Drake to the detriment of the rest of the family when it's simply not needed...

I started using CLZ and love it. It was a pain to put in everything initially, but now that I only have to input the new stuff it's a wonderful tool.

That it is. I've been with them so long I was grandfathered in when they moved to the subscription service and can add unlimited titles. So I only have to pay if I want to use the new features, which are worth it.

So there is a whole new G.I. Joe universe being created at Image while Larry Hama's universe also continues (also at Image). The latest brings Scarlett into the world. I chatted with the creators on my latest episode.

I just want to say, @Sun Wukong, if that's actually in the Wolverine costume, you forking rock. :biglol:
