I would advocate a narrower definition for essential businesses. Emergency services, supermarkets, gas stations and hospitals and that's it imo.
Pharmacies

and a lot of that isn't getting here with out the Maritime industry

I'm anxious to find out what it means if Trump moves forward with ending the 15 day federal guidelines to slow the spread of COVID19.

Will it mean all federal workers go back to work?
Will there be intervention into how individual states decide to deal with it?
Will federal monetary and other assistance end?
Will there be petty fighting with states that decide to keep stay at home orders?

Y'all...talk about nightmare fuel. Those stories out of China and Italy about patients being fine and then four hours later on the verge of dying, we're starting to see here. Some of these chest x-rays are downright terrifying in the progression of ARDS just within a few hours. ARDS is usually a slow progression over the course of 2-3 days.

Its seems that most businesses in my area are not taking this serious and are making people come to work. Other than the restaurant and hospitality sector its business as usual. They will say you don't have to come in but in reality you won't get paid and will probably get fired. I hope things get better.

How many cases are in your parish/county? I think that’s a huge factor - people are willing to downplay risk or ignore it until it gets real at the local level .

I'm not entirely sure, but I thought there was language in the current bill prohibiting stock buybacks for companies receiving bailout money. If it's not in there, it should be.

I think a certain party was fighting for that language to be included....see...apolitical!!!!

Actually any and all service infrastructure industries that support essential service entities are, in effect, essential services....

I don't know what to make of this.

I have wondered why military NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) equipment hasn't been offered to hospitals. Has it and I haven't seen anything about it? Or would it not make much or any difference? Experts please?

putting $1200 dollars in your pocket does nothing if the company you worked for closed down. And the health care industry is included in Businesses and corporations getting the money. Planned parenthood, solar tax credits and other pork has no place in the bill

I posted last night documentation that dems were also demanding items that are nothing but agenda driven pork
I posted a source with supporting documentation

Until we all accept that both sides are letting us die while they push an agenda nothing will get done
