This was really cool what he did last night. Looks like he was indeed one of the last in the stadium. I’m hoping he was just dealing with injuries last season and this will be much better this year.

agreed. people just still struggling with brees retirement. Carr is a good qb and has shown that his whole career.Carr could throw for 6000 yards 50 TD and 0 ints and there would still be Saints Fans hatin' and criticizing him. It's UNREAL too me how much undeserved hate he gets from Saints fans.
It's a hive mind thing going on with our fan base. Somebody at the top of the algorithm that says something whether it's good or bad about the player or team and people just latch on. SMHCarr could throw for 6000 yards 50 TD and 0 ints and there would still be Saints Fans hatin' and criticizing him. It's UNREAL too me how much undeserved hate he gets from Saints fans.
I think he gets undeserved criticism like what Brees got before (and during) he shredded the record books
I don’t think it’s the stats, most of the fan base just doesn’t think he connects and embraces the city. Like Drew did… hell Winston was terrible but was a fan favorite. Carr needs to come to New Orleans and embrace the city.Carr could throw for 6000 yards 50 TD and 0 ints and there would still be Saints Fans hatin' and criticizing him. It's UNREAL to me how much undeserved hate he gets from Saints fans.
Once it was determined by some that the Saints did Winston incredibly wrong and he did not get a fair shake, the next QB stood no chance. SMHCarr could throw for 6000 yards 50 TD and 0 ints and there would still be Saints Fans hatin' and criticizing him. It's UNREAL to me how much undeserved hate he gets from Saints fans.
Nah bruh, tons of fans say he sucks, he stinks, he's should be benched for Rattler. You are not being honest if you think it just about embracing the city.I don’t think it’s the stats, most of the fan base just doesn’t think he connects and embraces the city. Like Drew did… hell Winston was terrible but was a fan favorite. Carr needs to come to New Orleans and embrace the city.
what? The boo freaks will be booing after his first incomplete pass. Much less a three and out.I wasn't there but a buddy told me Carr threw a bad pass at the open Tulane practice and that some fans booed him. Carr seems like a good dude and is a solid, if not unspectacular qb. Hope the fans don't gang up on him too early this season. I don't think booing helps things....unless things are REALLY in the crapper.
Carr doesn’t need to embrace the city any more than he already has. Saints fans need to ease up on this “one of us” standard that they seem to drop on players.I don’t think it’s the stats, most of the fan base just doesn’t think he connects and embraces the city. Like Drew did… hell Winston was terrible but was a fan favorite. Carr needs to come to New Orleans and embrace the city.
like i said before. When we signed Carr there were a ton of fence fans. Then media people that dont cover the Saints, decided they will die on the "fire DA and cut Carr hill" swayed those fence fans. Its like politics/campaigning in a way. Even if the Saints win the Superbowl those same people will claim it was because of everything except DA and Carr.Nah bruh, tons of fans say he sucks, he stinks, he's should be benched for Rattler. You are not being honest if you think it just about embracing the city.
