As an OC

Hackett >>>>>>>>>>> PC

The problem is, most only saw his work as a head coach and the fact that Russ underperformed in a scheme that would be based on timing (LIKE I TOLD YALL...lol). It wasn't play calling but Russ underperforming and they invested more into his than Hackett. He was also over his head at times as a HC but that's neither here nor there. If yall thought Jameis had to be on a leash in 2021, if CSP is going to run the same offense, Russ will need to be in an arm bag to get carried along. But their personnel is infinitely better than ours last season, so who knows.

Does Hackett have the #1 offense on his resume as OC? Because PFC has the #2 offense on his.

On what basis is Hackett far better than PC? I believe he’s called plays for 5 seasons as an OC and 1 as HC. All but 1 of those seasons were either bad or terrible.
He called a top 15 offense in Buffalo and a top 5 offense in Jacksonville. Fournette missing all of those games in 2018 had more to do with that season than anything. And this season, Hackett was boo boo on a lot of situational things but their issue this season was Russ not being able to execute in that offense more than anything with his playcalling. That's where his actual coaching ability gets a knock. He didn't build around what Russ was good and thought he was good enough to play in any scheme. Fact is, very few QBs can.

The 2017 Jags were a top 5 offense in points and yards and they made it to the AFC Championship and if anyone actually remembers that game, should have went to the Super Bowl...

I told everyone he was going to the Jets, they are his best chance of winning and getting paid. If that team had Carr last year they are a 10 win team.

It's hard to know what we have with Pete. One really good season with a good roster, and a bad season with a bad roster. I was on the fire Pete train, but I understand keeping him after thinking about it. The belief must be that Pete can get back to the 2012 offense if they get the right pieces. And if they do, that should be fun to watch with DA's defense.

I don’t think ya’ll realize just how bad Zach Wilson is. That Jets team is pretty good.

But the thing with the Jets is that there is so much more.
The ownership isn’t that much better than the Raiders. They’re in a tough division and once you get out of the East, you gotta deal with Mahomes and Burrow.
