They were adapting the Hulk into a new TV series (produced by Guillermo Del Toro) and had abandoned him as a candidate for stand-alone movies due to the fact that both of his previous films didn't light the box office on fire (they did alright, but fell short of the other Marvel movies).

But after Avengers came out and Hulk got a great reaction from crowds, word was they were re-evaluating possibly doing another movie.

No real talks about another Hulk movie yet. They still have plenty of other rumored, unfinished projects like Deadpool, Nick Fury, Silver Surfer, Dr Strange, Shang Chi, Venom, etc.

Don't think it's Cap's helmet. Cap's headgear is more of a hood that pulls over his face than a helmet but I'm 99.9% sure that it's IM's helmet under his foot.

Well in the comic the Red white and Blue armor the "Iron Patriot" armor was worn by Norman Osborne who stole it from Tony after the Marvel Civil War.

I thought I read, could have been a rumor site, that after Avengers 2 they might run Planet Hulk leading to Avengers 3/World War Hulk.

The Hulk loses it at the end of Avengers 2, they ship him off, he returns as out of control/****** off Hulk.

Makes sense...

That sounds like fun, heh. I can't wait.

As for the new Iron Man design, I like the maroon and gold better, although the red, white and blue looks pretty good in it's own right. My son and I already are chomping at the bit for the Avengers 2 release, not to mention Iron Man 3 and any other Marvel movies. The franchise has had a pretty amazing run, and for good reason. I hope they keep it up.

IM3 is supposed to be the last Ironman film, although he will return in the 3rd Avengers film. I don't know what Robert Downy, Jr is going to do though. Every time I see him on TV it seems like he has just adopted the persona of Tony Stark as his own.

Supposedly Iron Man 3 and Thor 2 will be primarily self-contained and cameo-free (apart from an already spoiled post-credits cameo in Iron Man 3) and the SHIELD characters will show up in Captain America 2.
