Video shows someone exiting a home on Tonti Street and start shooting at a Kia Optima with a rifle. A 14-year-old was wounded in the shooting.

I say good on him, a hard working American just exercising his rights to bear arms & protecting property that local law enforcement can't protect.

At this point...I don't even care if he got a record. He shouldn't get arrested for this one...just as long as one of those guns don't have a (edit: another) body on it.

Yeah, either the recall effort was a complete fabrication, or this review process is a load of BS. I have a hunch on which is which. I suspect this is gonna end up in the courts.
