I get that, and I feel terribly for the loss of life, but I can still feel for someone who threw his life away by making a decision to get behind the wheel while drunk. He was a rising star for his team and that's been snuffed out. He's going to have to live with the pain and sorrow from that one decision for the rest of his life.
Too bad the NFLPA had the league stop the Rookie Seminar a few years ago.

I thought they made it optional. Didn't realize it was discontinued.
From the way things look with todays young players, from bad decisions in college to bad decisions in the pros, it should be mandatory every year and maybe even a small refresher course in your 2nd year.
They also had the BFL discontinue the "call a taxi" service where a player could get a free ride home anywhere they were at. The reason was that they were worried the league would use it to track players during their off time.
NFLPA is the worst. Instead of worrying about getting fully GTD deals... It's herp derp... Big brother spying on us. Like what Intel is so useful picking up yo arse out of the tittay club at 4am cross-eyed.

Yep, and she was messed up pretty bad from the wreck too...I don't think she's gonna be his GF much longer.
Not for the next 20+ years anyway.
