The majority of folks watching that clown show of a PC are Saints fans I would venture.....that is who he is addressing.....and IMO he should know that the fans are smarter than to believe his total and utter BS.....

Once we get rid of all the coaches under him and most of the players that were absolutely key for us (if that winds up happening and there is some evidence that it will) and then we continue to nosedive? What then? Burn it to the ground just to prove that DA isn't HC material after all?

Seems like folks are trying awfully hard to come up with nonsensical arguments on why DA is still here, I haven't heard a good one yet.....and Loomis's are worse than most.....

I find it interesting that he said twice “Dennis Allen is a good coach” but he didn’t use the term “good head coach”.

Reading between the lines. People’s butts are on fire. Taking it easy I’m sure directed at certain players, possibly coaches. Sense of excitement has to be directed at coaches. Need something big to energize things scouting/drafting/coaching.

I don’t think he’s comfortable at all. And there are two people in building that can do his job. Harley and Ireland. When Bensel is going to struggle to sell tickets and he’s been there forever, and Lauchia start seeing a drop in profits if tickets aren’t sold Loomis will be on thin ice. He can say what he wants, but if the fans stay away money will talk

Instead Mickey refuses to let go of the past and its going to be an absolute burn out. The dome, is going to have pitch forks out in ways we havent seen, ever.

I do think there is some credence to letting a coach settle in, but i don’t think Dennis has a plan.
If a new HC started his Saints career 7-10 and 9-8; I think there would be a little optimism.

AND if he had taken over for a coach that had gotten fired, like most do, because the team was in the doldrums, but he took over a ready made roster.

Right he didnt take over the Browns after Hue Jackson left.

He took over a team of players who won a lot, and who knew how to find ways to win games. And taught them how to lose, and lose those close games. Then blamed it on them for not buying into his 'culture'.

Allen is 3-11 against playoff teams with the Saints. And 1 of those wins was against the Eagles without Hurts and who were just trying to stay healthy for the playoffs.

Dont let the schedule blind you to the truth.

They're his guys, so I'm not surprised. I think that's why he's got this cocky and arrogant demeaner. He's trying to tell the fanbase that they're worth getting excited about.

I AM looking beyond the record, thats why I want him fired after a winning season, I can tell he sucks, has no control over his team, can't motivate, can't put his player in position to take advantage of their skill set, not a leader, all despite a winning record.
