First off, I think the title bush haters is a bit wrong. I think a better name for the two camps would be bush realists and bush optimists. I haven't seen too many rational ppl say they hate bush. I have seen alot disagreement regarding Bush's value to the team. Please don't mistake dissent with hate as the two are not the same.

Second, we just had a 16 page argument over bush. Did you really think it was necessary to create another one?

Third, one of the groups is going to be correct at the end of the year. Honestly, I (and probably most ppl on my side of the argument) would love for him to prove us wrong by becoming all world this season; we're just no holding our breath for it.

Ok, then what are your views of PT? I ask this because some fans just want him to fail because the feel PT is the only back we need. I personnaly feel he is just a slower version of Reggie. He is often injured, cannot pick a short yardage play. He is a harder runner but that is it. But some of the same people are always giving PT the benfit of the doubt for everything. It is a double standard with some people. Reggie is trash, but PT just needs more time. While all Bell has done is prove that he move the ball, but these 'Reggie haters' will say that no PT needs to the every down back not bell. I think that what needs to happen is ALL of US needs to put the big boys pants and admit that all of us are just alittle wrong on something. Reggie may be a little over rated, but he is on a level of importance just below Brees. Not as important, but him being on the feild helps the offense. Pt may not be what we want him to be. Bell is more that just a fell in. Look, folks the truth is that we need all three to be healthy and playing well. They are all good back. Reggie had a bad game, we do not need to trade him because he had a bad game. He has single handly keep in the games, Minnesota ring a bell. The offense was not that good for that gaem and if you take out his 2 returns we get blown out at home by the Vikings.

I think I would lose a piece of myself if Reggie were to be traded. I had a dream the other day that he was traded and I woke up feeling like my dog just died or something of that nature.

Am I alone or are there others who are so sick of these Fairweather goones who love to Hate on Reggie Bush and that fine woman of his Reggie is a True Professional who believes in himself as a winner and is dedicated 200% to be successful in this league. He's been a winner and a superstar his whole life and will have his time to shine very soon ! Let's show this kid some love!!

I was in the restroom at the dome last Sunday and this idiot next to me was talking trash about how Reggie sucked and he doesn't want to play in New Orleans. My first thought was to turn to the left and pee on his leg, but instead I just asked him "who wouldn't want to play on the best offense in the NFL?" I also told him that he was a wagon rider, and ignored the rest of his lame attempt at an argument.

Here's my take. I just hope reggie doesn't put to much pressure on himself to improve only because look what happend in 06 when he was putting to much pressure to score his first td. And all this talk about reggie getting traded to the bengals needs to be put to rest. Some one should interview payton or reggie to put saints fans minds at ease. I just hope that first game was just rust and he doesn't start to look like that weekin and weekout, or he will be traded.

I hate people that make excuses for Bush no matter what he does. If he runs a punt back for a touchdown, I'm happy. If he runs for four or five yards, I'm happy.

If he fumbles a punt, or dances around and gets stuffed, I'm not.

You know why? Because I'm a SAINTS fan. Not a BUSH fan.

That is the difference. Some of you are Bush fans over the rest of the team. I don't give a damn about his stats. I want the NEW ORLEANS SAINTS to win.

So if you want to try and jump me in the stands because I'm mad when he screws up after three seasons in the NFL then bring it on. I've probably been a Saints fan longer than most of you Bush fanatics have been alive.

Man you aint neva lied....They have a right to feel the way they feel, just hate that they flood the site with these negative, igonrant threads...the things people suggest on here when it comes to Bush is just unbelievable.

Booo! To your post. Nobody here actually hates Bush. I pull for him all the time but I can't help but get a little nervous when he touches the ball. He has proven to be more unreliable than reliable IMO. Sorry but that's how I see it. I hope he goes out there and lights up the scoreboard but he rarely does what is expected of him.
