O'Keefe Media Group, the company that released the Redskins VP controversial audio, hints that it has tapes on the Saints set to be released (2 Viewers)

Whatever you think about DA, i’d be really surprised if something scandalous happened under him. He seems like a solid person.
So solid that people are still upset he apologized to the Falcons because he didn’t agree with “how” we did something so he stood up for his personal morals. Imagine people being upset at someone for being a stand-up guy.

Crazy right?

Allen annoys a lot of the Saints fans because he’s “corny” and kind of “aw, shucks”. Fans got accustomed to Payton and his fiery demeanor and propensity to trash talk.

But what we learn is that sometimes those people who have fiery demeanors have some other unpleasant things going on, like drug addictions.

Allen is corny as hell - but maybe that’s exactly what was needed in the upper tier of the franchise.

What if the culture change that was needed was Payton. For all the good he brought -
It’s not out of the realm of possibility that he’s got some serious personal issues. Not saying any of it’s true - but it’s not impossible.

A tell for me was when Payton coached a Super Bowl win...in which arguable the crucial factor was the defensive performance and game plan led by Gregg Williams....he went on to write his book, start hanging out with Kenny Chesney, took up with Miss W. Virginia and divorced his wife. Classic story not unlike Ed Orgeron. Reveals true character. Flawed character.

Hahaha some clickbait human garbage come running to Twitter breathlessly because SEAN HAD PILLS, GUYS!!! The least these dreck publishers could do is give us something we didn't know, like "Bat Boy took Vaughan Johnson's neck."

What a bunch of losers. Nice work O'Queef

Very possible, what I know is this.

-It's always tough following someone successful. Generally it behooves you to be the exact opposite of your predecessor and Allen is very much the opposite of Payton. People will accept him once he starts winning, and this is the year I think he gets the monkey of his back.

You have to give them credit for going undercover to find out about a secret scandal that was widely reported on years ago. That's real journalism. That takes a lot of courage.

While I agree that the O'Keefe Group is sleezy, I wonder if we would have the same energy if they were undercover digging up dirt on Roger Goodell? What if they duped some NFL stooge into admitting they railroaded the Saints? What if they had someone on tape talking about the no call or how the refs targeted the Saints because Roger hated Sean?

First off, O'Keefe Media Group? And their initials are OMG? Really? This is like the Jake Gyllenhaal character in Nightcrawler. The "media group" are his group of computers that he is loading crap onto. Any idiot with a camera and a computer is now calling themselves a reporter. Sad.

This is so old news and is a Sean Payton issue. Not a today Saints issue.

Exactly. His X account said something like "see what the Saints are up to". This would be more like, see how former Saints HC/current Denver HC and the NFL covered up his drug use 7 years ago. The tweet was meant to confuse the matter and make it seem like a current issue. Sounds like O'Keefe is out to expose the NFL more so than the Saints or any other organization. I don't have a problem with that (if warranted), I just don't like the way he set it up.
Which version triggers more clicks?

What O'Keefe needs to look into is what Goodell had cookin' with the "No Call"..what deal did the refs have with Goodell??
If anyone saw the Notre Dame game at the end, when the refs straight up cheated. Should tell us everything we needed to know. And that is, a ref will attempt his damnest to control a games outcome. But cannot guarantee 100% the chosen winner. Nd was that bad, against Northern Ill.

The “No call” was the exact same type of blatant cheat that we saw last week.

I get the adultery/divorce thing as a character flaw. What is wrong with writing a book? Or hanging out with a person you met due to your own celebrity?
