So is it me or does it seem like Popeyes just trades sides for the occasional gimmick items now? I went last night because the joint I normally get fried chicken from is now closed on Sunday's. Noticed Green beans are no longer on the menu, wonder if it was just that location though. Quality was great this time.

They removed green beans from the menu about 6 months ago. That was my main side so at least I felt like I was getting something healthy...

Until 6 months ago, yes. They got rid of it at the same time they got rid of the dirty rice or whatever they called it.
