I fact that i have to explain that what i mean by rattler looks great is that i mean compared to what we offered before he came onto the field and the tools he had to work with shows me all i need to know about your reading comprehension skills. For all of the people that are down on Rattler did you watch the Texas's game yesterday...
Stroud looked & played terrible. He missed to many throws to open receivers.
The Texan O was shut out at home!
In my opinion he has not improved on his play from last year.
This proves that all young QB's need time to develop and they especially need players around them that are bonifide NFL starters in order to be successful!

Rattler should NOT have even considered the throw to Moreau at all on that play. It's a designed roll out with 3 level pass runners on one side of the field. As a general rule you do NOT roll right and throw back left. he was never supposed to even consider the other side, that play is designed to give Rattler a levels concept for an easy top down read. His first two were not open, he should have drifted back a couple of more steps then hit the running back in the flat or throw it away.

It was a rookie mistake.

He will do better with time and KK will school in at the tape session.
