Sounds like RBs need to unionize...they get used up fast cast aside and labeled when they want more.Report: Kareem Hunt seeking more than a minimum deal, may not make quick decision
NFL Network reports Kareem Hunt is seeking more than a veteran minimum deal, and may not make a quick decision during his Saints free agent visit:saintswire.usatoday.com
Seems to me that he's not in the driver's seat @ this point and time. Training camps are almost done, and he's still sitting as a Free agent. If he keeps on turning down offers, he could be labeled and passed by
I would think the Saints would not have brought him in without a discussion of his expected role and range of compensation. Why waste everyone's time?Report: Kareem Hunt seeking more than a minimum deal, may not make quick decision

Kareem would be a great signing. He’s not as big of a drop off from Kamara as we would’ve had with Eno, and Kendra needs time to adjust to the NFL. Jamal and Kareem would be a good backfield for the 3 games Kamara misses, and it will be great when Kamara returns.I’d rather have too many backs than not enough. Our successful teams carried 4 RBs.
2009
PT, Bell, Bush Hamilton
2011
Ingram, Sproles, PT, Ivory
We ran for over 2100 yards both of those seasons and nobody had 800 in either of them.
Nah, just 10 or so.But, you do know that when the player gets injured, the team has a guy ready to step in? It's a depth .. chart.. And that's the time (not now, then) that they then go out to find the guy to become next in line at the requisite spot on the depth chart.
If we followed your logic, we'd need 20-25 extra players now, ready for 'when a Saint gets injured' at any position. Don't work, nice try though.
Also, I never mentioned signing starters in response to the "injured LB is inevitable" posts, so you may have been a bit confused on that one
Amen.I’d rather have too many backs than not enough. Our successful teams carried 4 RBs.

He kicked that cleat chasing thot in the behind like Garrett Hartley in 2009-10. I think she even lost her balance and keeled over.In before Hunt’s past indiscretions come to light.
The visit starts tonight. We’ll probably get news on the outcome in the morning. So . . . Has he signed?

Man, I miss Ivory. LOL. The truck before Derrick Henry, LOL.I’d rather have too many backs than not enough. Our successful teams carried 4 RBs.

remember that year when we had Ingram, Peterson, and a rookie for a few weeks into the season?Kareem would be a great signing.
