Back in March they started opening up to the younger population .. alot of my friend circle who are in the 40s starting posting they had gotten vaccinated.

I'm 42 myself and just got my second shot (first in early April)

My understanding was St PJ was around that age.

Looks like he was 40.

Almost assuredly he didn’t. I dont think anyone under like 80 has died of COVID after receiving the vaccination. And those who died were already on death’s door before being vaccinated.

Vaccination pretty much eliminates the risk of dying from covid.

It is indeed a sad day to learn of St. PJ's passing. He was a great member who always had solid insights over many years. He will truly be missed by his SR family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family with this so tragic loss due to this plague that has impacted so many lives like PJ. May he rest in peace and his family's faith see them thru this difficult time.

If anyone is still debating whether or not to get vaccinated, please do. Last June I lost a co worker and good friend at the age of 28 due to Covid. It isn't a joke and can kill you. Recent research says one person in one million will have an allergic reaction to the vaccine. That's much better odds than catching the real deal. Vaccines are the only way we'll get rid of this.

Damn, he was about 10 weeks older than me. Few days short of his 41st.

I'll pray for his family and friends, as well as for his soul. It is always awful to hear this kind of news, but especially when people are younger.

Give PJ eternal rest, O Lord,
