That’s a hugs get. We weren’t in position to draft a top QB this year and probably wouldn’t be next year either. Carr gives us the best chance to win our sorry division and make some noise in the playoffs. Which is the best most teams can hope for.

Plus the NFC in general is weak. So who knows? A lucky break or two and we could really surprise people. I’m all in

We can escape after two years only if we don't restructure him in 2024, I think we keep him at minimum three years because we likely aren't carrying him at a $35.7m cap number next year.

I just still don’t know how they do it year to year! Now I want to see them pull another rabbit out of their hat and sign MT to a team friendly, incentive laden, contract. That and a solid FA RB, cheap, would make my offseason complete leading to the draft.
