No, it’s completely the correct take. Mickey Loomis is far more powerful than every GM in this league apart from Jerry Jones. He absolutely had the authority to fire Allen and didn’t so.

Underhill has reported in no uncertain terms that Benson fired him.

I’m not worried about DA, he’s a millionaire and can probably chill the rest of his life on what he’s earned in his career.

I really dislike seeing bad things happen to people. Ya, he wasn't finding success. To be fair, he never should've been considered for the job unless he was place holding for SP to come back.

It's a shame he was put into a position where he has proven to struggle again. I feel bad for him and his family and hope the best, happiest, loving lives for them.

Yeah, he's just not a head coach. Hopefully now he realizes that and sticks to what he CAN do.
