I thought the Saints were a dumpster fire organization, Mickey is a terrible GM, Mrs. B. is a terrible owner who needs to sell the team, no QBs, no cap space, and no talent, and one of the worst places anyone could ever be condemned to. And the Saints happen to sign maybe the hottest OC on the market in 2025 to be HC? Them must have had to overpay, right? Like it's my money he's stealing?

Or maybe all that was just BS in the first place.

That's extreme, a zero-wins expectation; he would have to be terrible. It's about how fast you can get to a winning season and the playoffs. If he achieves neither in the third season, he's on the hot seat.

Right, just to be clear I’m not predicting anything. I have no idea how he’ll do especially not knowing the Qb and the staff. But I agree it’s how fast you can get to a winning season.

Just saw the photo of them after getting off the plane, I’m just gonna say it, his wife is an absolute smoke show, maybe I’m all turned around on this subject. This guy likes shooting his shots on and off the field, I like it!

i mean dont get me wrong, if this team goes 1-16 or god forbid 0-17, yeah...even after 1 year we are all gonna start debating if he was the right man for the job, but given the current roster (w/ or w/o Carr is an entirely different subject) if this team wins like 4 games next year, that may not be progress, but nothing to be up in arms about...and for me its not gonna be just about wins the first 2 years. Lets say he only wins like 10 or so games after 2 seasons, but at least half of the loses are by 1 score games, then we should all be optimistic about year 3 and forward, however...if in year 2 this team is getting beaten by 14+ or more points on almost a weekly basis...then yeah, he wont see a year 3 more than likely.

Sounds about right. But there’s a lot to learn before we can figure out the floor. Drafting Tet and Mason Taylor could allow Rattler to take a giant leap forward, and if Chase Young progresses. We could have a new feeling team quickly. Just saying a lot could happen.

Who’s going to be the coach on his staff willing to chew a player out is the question.

There was a blurb during the SB where Sirianni chewed AJ Brown out on the sideline for something. Next time Brown came in he game Moore dialed up a play that got him the ball.

He obviously can manage personalities and keep them involved in the game(similar to Payton) but who’s his Sirianni?

Or is he capable of that himself?
