lol armchair GMs acting like they’ll be ok with us being 0-7 next year. LOLOL I’ll believe that when I see it.

What? First, I'm not an armchair GM. I'm just saying what is going on. Second, we won't be that bad next year assuming we don't decide to start a rookie QB.

UHHH Max Unger ????

Was going to say the same. That Ryan Ramczyk fella wasn’t too bad either.

The JG trade is one I hated, but we can’t deny that it was an integral part of us creating an elite offensive line…a championship offensive line even, if not for a couple of wild playoff miracles that went against us.

EDIT: got my bearings crossed and forgot we got Stephone Anthony with the Graham pick.

the commanders are legit FEISTY. im gonna be rooting for them over the other NFC teams easily.
1st why would you root for us to get a worse draft pick??? 2nd just who has Wash beat?? Nobody good. They have had the easiest schedule in the league. Now they go into the hardest part of their schedule, I think they will lose 4 or so games out of the last ones

I’m just saying, almost the entire Saints mob are armchair GMs. Including all of the local media, especially Matt Mascona. This fan base is fooling itself if they think they would survive three years of 3 wins per. ML is doing it right by slowly shaving the cap down and not going all in, in free agency. While trying to remain slightly competitive. IMO, We’re a franchise QB away. So we have to burn our first round pick on the best one. If he’s great, let Carr back him up next year. Or vice versa. This is the quickest way back.

Ramczyk came from the Brandin Cooks trade. Stephone Anthony came from Jimmy Graham.

Yep. The people praying for this massive cap cleanup project and tanking are going to be the same ones next year saying “See, the way we manage the cap sucks! Damn you Loomis!”
Exactly! And they’ll be the first to say “have we signed anyone yet?”

Sigler is a hack, even more than Duncan. He hates DC. He calls out someone for math but he does not say that the position of these picks is not DONE YET. SMH Wash has only beat BAD teams so far, and they needed a crazy hail mary to beat the Bears. They are going into the toughest part of their schedule now

What am I looking at here?
You are looking at a hack writer that knows nothing because the position of the picks is not even set yet , so the points he's assigning to the picks is going to change

Sigler wrote an article with a headline insinuating that Loomis overlooked asking for Washington better pick and that he dropped the ball…it reads almost as if he thought the Saints weren’t aware of that Washington had a better third round pick.

A reader somewhat kind of called him out about it, and Sigler came back with his snide remarks about the reader paying for Twitter before justifying his take with a new argument that went different from the headline’s theme, regarding the value difference of said picks we got being worse than Washington’s higher pick.

Just a weird exchange overall based on an odd article headline premise.
Sigler is a worse hack than Duncan
