Can't speak for KOSW, but I hate you.

I suspect she will too, if you didn't bring any cheese sticks home for her. ;)

The bookends are their mothers children (ice cream at a snoball stand?)the middle shares my tastes (George's Favorite).

Hansen's never disappoints.

This may seem strange but there is a pop up stand on the service road near Clearview called Dino's. He serves a sno-ball called ice cream supreme. It is an ice cream sno-ball with condensed milk but he mixes it all together before pouring it over the ice. It's damn good and worth a try.

goodys in chalmette , my favorite flavor was grasshopper , during high school use to date a girl who worked there, and free sno-balls are always the best:)

when I was growing up in Midland,TX there was a place by my house where the butterscotch and blue coconut made you want to slap ya momma

hey what you guys did behind closed doors is between you two

The only snoball stand that exists in my mind is Hansen's. They use real sugar to make their own syrup. And the ice is perfect. My aunt used to do snoballs exactly like this in Houma. Everything else is not worth the money or calories.

Oh, and coconut is the only flavor. But I'll buy a bubblegum once every 2 or 3 years. I fear change. ;)

Not sure how I never saw this thread before. :covri:

Gerry's on Williams in Kenner used to be my favorite, but it's not the same since Ms. Gerry passed. I now go to Bubby's across from Wal-Mart by Loyola and W. Esplande. Their sno-balls are very good. My favorite flavor of all time is Lemon-Lime, but I like so many flavors: Kiwi-Strawberry, Creamy Cococnut, and of course, Strawberry Cheesecake with Condensed Milk.
