I loved everything about it except for one small detail,
the dude headbutting a stormtrooper and it knocks the dude out. C'mon man!

It wouldn't have the same impact had he cut it off before the very end. His attempt at covering it up though was putrid. A blind person could've covered it up better than he did
 
I loved every second of the finale, what a brilliant show, but I did wonder one thing....

The civilians were clearly taking down some armed stormtroopers yet I didn't see any of them grab their blasters and fire back at the Imps...

If I’m guessing that’s a deliberate choice to have troopers be the only ones firing so it heightens the importance of Cyril & Luther with their guns
 
Dedra and Syril‘s scene should be called “Facists Find Love” Looked to me like they were ready to find a room

I’ve really enjoyed Andor. I think it’s one of the finest creations in Star Wars lore. It was definitely a different tone and a slow burn but damn it was so good. It took me a couple of episodes to get hooked but I really can’t wait for more.

I definitely think Dedra caught feelings about syril in a romcom sort of way
I’m not sure about Syril - I don’t get the sense that his infatuation with her is sexual- like it’s not her as a woman he is attracted to, but her as a fascist that rustles his jimmies

I tend to think she was somewhat a means to an end for him. That said, there was definitely some energy there in that last scene. I mean, I was like, you just saved her life, go ahead and kiss her, lol. Sometimes you gotta take the leap,, yeah.
 
Brilliant cap to a brilliant season. Everyone in Hollywood should be clamouring to hire these writers.

I knew what they were making must have something to do with the Death Star, but it was still an awesome finishing touch, especially that it was parts for the actual laser.

I feel the opposite - she was his north star- she gave his fanaticism purpose and focus unlike everyone else is his work/life
Going forward I think they’ll be a pair (but not necessarily romantic), but one of them will get bit by the funeral speech/rebellion- one will spur of the Empire- probably Syril since he is the true believer. If he loses faith he’ll have to replace it quickly

I agree. You could feel the tension but after a couple of seconds his look changed. It looked like he revered her or something. I don't think he ever thought about kissing her, he was too busy being in awe of her.
