I am a sci fi fan and this is some of the best I’ve seen.

One of the more impressive things is that attention to science details actually gets better as the seasons go on

And yes, Amos is an all time favorite character

Great scene.
 
So the reason I got tied into this show is because I co-sponsor the Astrophysics club which is and has been primarily run by a theoretical astrophysicist whose speciality is interstellar travel (eg solar sails)

These scientists are experts and I am just someone who digs sci fi.

But these academics were saying that it was the most accurate and considerate portrayal of science in the science fiction genre.

They talked about it during our meetings and I was intrigued.

Now I’m hooked.

What a great show. A truly great show.
