Not to the same extent but as for old school versatile players there is also:I didn't forget Jim Thorpe. He would have to be the Most Versatile Athlete of All Time, and arguably the Greatest All around Athlete Of All Time. He was an Olympian, a Professional Football/Baseball/Basketball Player. Sticking strictly to Football though, he didn't play at quite as many positions. His playing time was from 100 years ago.
Red Grange " The Galloping Ghost" would be another player to consider but again, not to the same extent. He dates back 100 years ago as well.
Steve Van Buren a dominate RB and a great DB (his first 9 games he had 444 yds rushing and 5 INTs) and George Connor. My understanding is that George Connor could have made the HoF at any of 3 positions DT, LBer, or OT. He also has 76 return yards on 5 kicks, 89 yards receiving and 7 INTs.
