I've listened to Putin's speech from yesterday twice. I would suggest all here listen to it carefully, especially the end of it.Putin answers to no one, thats the point. That would infer that Luka has more control over Putin than previously thought ( Putin controls Luka )
Now, it might be the beginning of the appearance - as @SamAndreas has posited that he thinks there will be a power transfer from Putin to Luka, bring Belarus into Russian fold and Luka then becomes President as Putin "retires"
But for the layman Russian citizen, Putin is the end all be all. The Dear Leader who doesnt take bleep from anyone. Thats russkiy mir. Subjugation of everyone by a single person.
