Putin answers to no one, thats the point. That would infer that Luka has more control over Putin than previously thought ( Putin controls Luka )

Now, it might be the beginning of the appearance - as @SamAndreas has posited that he thinks there will be a power transfer from Putin to Luka, bring Belarus into Russian fold and Luka then becomes President as Putin "retires"

But for the layman Russian citizen, Putin is the end all be all. The Dear Leader who doesnt take bleep from anyone. Thats russkiy mir. Subjugation of everyone by a single person.

Valerii Shershen, spokesperson for the Joint Press Centre for the Tavriia front Defence Forces, has said that the Russian invaders dropped chemical ammunition on one of the positions of the Ukraine’s Armed Forces, but the wind was blowing toward the Russians.

Maybe, maybe not. But I do know that the same thing happened more than once in WWI. I'm hoping this instance is true and that they decide not to try that again. If they begin a chemical war, I think NATO would step in.

I've seen a bunch of reports about this. If the Ukrainians get across the Dnipro river then we could see some real movement. It could force the Russians to choose between defending Zaporizhzhia region or Crimea. I don't think they can defend both as Zaporizhzhia is resupplied in large part from Crimea. With out the river as a buffer the Ukrainians will have much of the Crimea supply lines within artillery range. Could be interesting to watch.
